When li-ion batteries are included in a sale, the legislation varies regarding shipping items as dangerous goods. For this reason, we strongly recommend you contact us to discuss the viable options to ship your selections and where possible we will broker the most cost effective solution for you.
We use Australia Post including express post bags for smaller items as well as Sendle for products which fit into their nominated bag/boxes. Shipping of larger items such as bikes or trikes is usually with TNT Domestic. Trikes are often delivered using a Roll on-Roll off service to protect your precious cargo, and ensure a smooth ride away feeling no matter your location.
