The Muskateer Special Needs Tricycle is a purpose-built adaptive trike designed for children who require additional support, supervision, or mobility assistance while riding. Featuring a flexible and supportive seating system with backrest, lateral supports and waist and sash straps, and optional head support, it provides a safe and comfortable riding experience tailored to a wide range of physical and developmental needs. A unique rear-steer system allows an attendant to control steering, braking and power use from behind, giving caregivers greater confidence while helping riders develop cycling skills and independence.

Available in both mechanical and electric-assisted configurations, the Muskateer can be configured to suit individual rider requirements. The trike operates in freewheel mode as standard, with optional fixed-wheel functionality available. For ultimate flexibility, the Muskateer is upgraded to include the fixed/free wheel interchange hub for therapeutic and skill-development applications. Designed with accessibility and adaptability in mind, it is suitable for recreation, rehabilitation, and supported cycling programs. Not suited for harness adaptations.
