Our service team has extensive experience with Bafang, Bosch, CYC and Shimano electrical systems. We have facilities to suit both standard mechanical bikes and full size electric trikes. Please remove all accessories prior to the service to reduce the additional labour-related charges. Bring your charger and key if you need electrical diagnosis. Please also bring your bike as clean as you are able as the mechanics will charge extra for pre-service cleaning ($75).

What's Involved?

Check Up

Bolt check – A torque check of exposed bolts.

Tyre inflation – Check and inflate tyres to recommended PSI.

Rim check – Visual inspection of wheel.

Gear and brake operation – A physical check of the brake and gear systems.

Standard

Brake tune – Minor adjustment of brake cables, calipers, and rotors.

Update firmware – Only applies to Bosch ebikes, with a provided report.

Suspension check – Check for leaks and smooth operation.

Clean frame, fork, wheels – Light clean using Muc-off Nano Tech bike wash.

Gear tune and hanger alignment – Check limit screws, align rear derailleur, adjustment of index gears.

Degrease and re-lube chain – Degrease using Muc-off Drivetrain Cleaner and re-lube using Muc-off eBike Dry Ceramic Lube.

2 parts installed and no extra labour cost – Installation of two parts (i.e pads, chain, grips, or cables) for no additional labour cost.

Service headset – Remove front forks, check and re-grease bearings, reassemble and torque to spec.

Service hubs – Remove wheels, check and re-grease bearings, reassemble and adjust cones.
