WORKSHOP FEES

Extensive experience with Bafang, Bosch and Shimano electrical systems.

Minimum labour cost applies, see table below.

We have a workshop facility in Gaythorne for 2-wheeled bikes and tricycles. Drop offs can be to 6/51 Prospect Road, Gaythorne during shop hours.

PLEASE NOTE ALL OUR SERVICE CHARGES HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED:

Please remove all accessories prior to the service to reduce the additional labour-related charges.

Bring your charger and key if you need electrical diagnosis.

Please also bring your bike as clean as you are able as the mechanics will change extra for pre-service cleaning if this impacts their ability to do their job! Pre-cleaning is $75 per bike.

WARNING: Do not dispose of electric bikes or trikes or components of this items in household or kerbside garbage bins. When disposing of bikes/trikes or their components, always check the applicable local waste and disposal laws.

Fault diagnostics:
Only for brands we stock or at our discretion - PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

Mechanical fault diagnosis (max 30 mins) $100

Electrical Fault Assessment/Diagnosis (max 1 hr) $200

All diagnostics to be paid in advance and may not result in a solution

All pricing is calculated on an hourly rate and excludes parts, shipping and storage costs.

All bikes are to be brought to our workshop in a clean, sanitary condition.

If necessary, a cleaning fee will be charged before a service can commence
