What's involved in our services?

$100 Check Up

  • Bolt check – Torque check of exposed bolts.
  • Tyre inflation – Check and inflate tyres to recommended PSI.
  • Tim check – Visual inspection of wheel.
  • Gear and brake operation – Physical check of brake and gear systems.

$169 Standard

  • Brake tune – Minor adjustment of cables, calipers, and rotors.
  • Update firmware – Bosch ebikes only, with a provided report.
  • Suspension check – Check for leaks and smooth operation.
  • Clean frame, fork, wheels – Light clean with Muc-off Nano Tech wash.
  • Gear tune and hanger alignment – Limit screws, derailleur, index gears.

$299 Premium

  • Deep clean whole bike – Muc-off Nano Tech wash + Bike Protect.
  • Service bottom bracket – Remove, re-grease bearings, torque to spec.
  • Wheel true – Check and adjust spoke tensions in truing stand.
  • Service headset – Remove forks, re-grease bearings, torque to spec.
  • Service hubs – Re-grease bearings, reassemble and adjust cones.
  • Degrease full drivetrain – Chain, cassette, derailleur cleaned and re-lubed.
  • 2 parts installed at no extra labour cost – e.g. pads, chain, grips, cables.
